Ingredients:
- 1 can of Conservas BayMar cockles
- 50 gr. of Philadelphia cheese
- 1 lemon
- Parsley, salt and pepper
- Mini toasts
- Coriander
Preparation:
- We drain the cockles. Important: we always keep the covering liquid.
- We pour the cockles into the blender, along with the spread cheese and some covering fluid.
- We crush the ingredients well until we have a homogeneous cream left. If we want to lower the thickness, we can add some covering fluid.
- We add the lemon juice, the parsley and season it.
- We mix all ingredients well.
- And then we let the pâté cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, we place the pâté on top of the mini toasts.
- To enhance the image, we can add some small strips of coriander.
