Cockle pâté

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Conservas BayMar cockles
  • 50 gr. of Philadelphia cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley, salt and pepper
  • Mini toasts
  • Coriander

Preparation:

  1. We drain the cockles. Important: we always keep the covering liquid.
  2. We pour the cockles into the blender, along with the spread cheese and some covering fluid.
  3. We crush the ingredients well until we have a homogeneous cream left. If we want to lower the thickness, we can add some covering fluid.
  4. We add the lemon juice, the parsley and season it.
  5. We mix all ingredients well.
  6. And then we let the pâté cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, we place the pâté on top of the mini toasts.
  8. To enhance the image, we can add some small strips of coriander.
